SportClips Haircuts We met a franchisee owner of these popular men's grooming salons and she was all excited about trying out our systems since most of her clients are tech-savy. Needless to say, her clients have greatly appreciated the convenience of being able to shop around and being texted when their turn is next. The owner also tells us she is getting a whole lot better response to her weekly and monthly promotions. It turns out, many of her clients would forget about the promotion details. Now they "text" for the promotions anytime they want and instantly receive the latest promotions. Her staff also uses various color codes to manually identify a client's request and status. Now they also use the application's color blocks which gives them up to ten color choices and labels. It's like the app fits perfectly in their environment.
La Margarita This is a popular tourist restaurant and, needless to say, is quite busy on many nights. It is located in a very popular business park where local merchants sell their artworks and where various stages host local musicians. It is a place where being stuck in line somewhere is a pain. Because of the close proximity of all the merchants, the restaurant owner has partnered with some of these merchants to help promote their bargains. In essence the owner is "re-selling" the promotions feature to his neighbors and his waiting customers appreciate the favor. One customer said, "While I was waiting I found out about some great deals just around the corner that I wouldn't have found out about had I not been put on this waiting system."
Great Clips A friend of ours works at one of these salons which is located inside a mall. She tells us when they are busy their customers wonder out into the mall and never come back. When they do come back, the line may still be long. Some may check back a second time, but few check back a third time. When she heard about our system, she couldn't wait to try it out. Now she tells us almost all their clients who check in with the hostess almost always come back because they know they are being called next when they show up.
